MANDEL JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER YOUTH THEATRE HOLDS AUDITIONS FOR Snoopy!!! ON SUNDAY, JUNE 3.

The Mandel Jewish Community Center’s Playmakers Youth Theatre kicks off its 10 year anniversary in 2007.  The first production of the 2007 season will be Snoopy!!!  Auditions are open to students in 10^th grade through college, on Sunday, June 3 at 10:00 am at the Mandel JCC in Beachwood.  Students are required to prepare 16 bars of an up-tempo song.  Please bring sheet music.  An accompanist will be provided.

Four performances of Snoopy!!! will take place at Fairmount Temple’s Brickner Auditorium, located at 23737 Fairmount Boulevard in Beachwood.  Performance are Wednesday, July 25 through Sunday July 29 at 7pm.

Book by Warren Lockhart, Arthur Whitelaw and Michael L. Grace, Music by Larry Grossman and Lyrics by Hal Hackady.  The production is directed by Sheri Gross, directs up the Jewish Community Center’s Playmakers Youth Theatre.  Based on the Peanuts comic strip, Snoopy has charming characters and an unforgettable score!  You’ll see Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Peppermint Patty, Snoopy and of course, Woodstock as you’ve never seen them before!
