SCHEDULE
The program is available six days a week, Sunday through Friday.  We are closed on Saturday. Morning programs begin at 11:00 a.m., lunch is at noon, afternoon programs begin at 12:45.  You are welcome to come once a week or everyday, whatever works best for you. The library, pool table and chess set are available daily.

TRANSPORTATION
The Mandel JCC has several vans that will pick you up at your home and return you home after the program.

Transportation is provided to:

  • Cleveland Heights
  • Lyndhurst
  • University Heights
  • Mayfield Heights
  • Beachwood
  • East Cleveland
  • South Euclid.
  • Bus drivers are Angelo Williams and Don Dronzek.  Depending on where you live the bus will pick you up about 10:00 am and bring you home by 2:30 pm, except on Sundays were you will be returned home around 3:30pm.  On Wednesdays, if you sign up for a field trip, the times will vary.  If you are ill and can not come call Ella Vinokur at (216) 831-0700, ext. 1211.  The suggested donation is $0.25 each way. 

    VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
    Reading Buddies is a volunteer group that meets eight times a year and goes to Prospect School in East Cleveland and Noble Road School in Cleveland Heights to read with the youngsters.

    LUNCH
    Menorah Park provides a hot, kosher lunch everyday except Saturday.  You must make a lunch reservation one week in advance and it is extremely important that you attend on the day you made your reservation. If you are ill call Ella Vinokur at (216) 831-0700, ext. 1211, but remember if you cancel we throw away that lunch and it is wasted.  Lunch is served at noon.  There is a monthly menu that will be provided to you. Lunch includes milk, bread, fruit, main course, a grain and a vegetable. Special meals are provided around the holidays.  No food can be taken home, it must be eaten on the premises. The suggested donation is $0.50.
